For the last twenty years, I have been involved in the health and fitness industry. My sports experience includes the following: cross-country, track, soccer, tennis, softball, basketball, football, and swimming. It is my belief that anyone can achieve his or her fitness goals naturally through nutrition and intense training. In fact, it is my passion to live healthfully that led me to become a personal trainer.

My sports program is designed to increase strength, flexibility, endurance, and speed. Additionally, I incorporate mental training to improve an athlete's focus. The program's philosophy is not only to help athletes set goals, but to also achieve them and to reach their full potential. The idea behind my program is to create a team environment where everyone is motivated and works together as a unit. In my program, an athlete learns what "heart" is about.

After running baseball camps, I realized that there was a need for a program that looked at the overall athlete. Being a good athlete is not just about working on your sports specific goals, rather, it's about training the overall person. Speed, strength, aerobic, and core training along with plyometrics are implemented in a constantly changing environment. This is an effective technique to help stimulate natural muscle growth. Nutrition and mental training are also key components of my athletic program.

I never have an athlete do something I would not do myself. In fact, I participate in many of the events. I work toward fostering an atmosphere that encourages teamwork. Approaching each day with a positive attitude enables the athlete to focus on achieving positive results. I strongly believe in giving back to the community and giving to other people. I work to instill this philosophy in my athletes everyday.

The rigorous training they go through and the knowledge they gain in my program will put them far ahead of other athletes. This is a program run by athletes for athletes.
